Sometime between March 16 and March 17, 2013, a 1980 Ford Ranger pick-up painted camouflage was left in the area of Little Egypt Road and Bluestem Road, Alta Vista, Kan. The pick-up bed was loaded with a washing machine, tailgate, front axle, wooden saw horses, car battery, fuel pump handle, wood furniture pieces, and misc. items.

Also during this time frame, there was a trash pile located in the area of Old Stone Fort Road and Drovers Trail Road, Alma, Kan. Items left at the roadside consisted of empty appliance boxes, cabinetry discards, wooden pallets, BBQ grill, drywall portions and misc. trash and scraps.
